| BLUE | The BLUE chip is a general purpose chip to assist with quick prototyping and lov volume run products. It is useful for allowing quick and inexpensive interfacing of buttons and a 2x16 character LCD to devices for human handheld purposes. It has also been designed to run with very low power. It uses a UART to interface to devices with an easy to use protocol that works simply with C language statements.
